narmadA mantra in R^igveda - khila and vishhNu - purANa

This mantra from the R^igveda - khila, 2.7:

ॐ नर्मदायै नमः प्रातर्नर्मदायै नमो निशि । नमोऽस्तु नर्मदे तुभ्यं त्राहि मां विषसर्पतः ॥७॥
ऋग्वेदखिलसूक्त २.७
Reappears in the shrIvishhNupurANa 4th aMsha, 3rd adhyAya, 10th shloka in the story of narmadA and purukutsa:

सा चैनं रसातले नीतवती । रसातलगतश्चासौ भगवत्तेजसाप्यायितात्मवीर्य्यः सकलगन्धर्वान् जघान पुनश्च स्वभवनमाजगाम । सकलपन्नगपतयश्च
नर्मदायै वरं ददुः । यस्तेऽनुस्मरण समवेतं नामग्रहणं करिष्यति तस्य सर्पविषभयं न भविष्यतीति ॥९॥
नर्मदायै नमः प्रातर्नर्मदायै नमो निशि । नमोऽस्तु नर्मदे तुभ्यं रक्ष मां विषसर्पतः ॥ इत्युच्चार्य्याहर्निशमन्धकारप्रवेशे वा न सर्पैर्दश्यते ॥१०॥ न चापि कृतानुस्मरणभुजो विषमपि सुभुक्तमुपघाताय भविष्यति ॥११॥

The variance between the R^igveda - khila text and the reading of the mantra as given by the vishhNuchitta - shrIdhara texts is with the verb trAhi and raxa occurring in the last quarter of the mantra respectively.
